All of Cliff Spiro's programs are customized to meet your needs. A combination of seminars in a larger group format along with frequent private, individual coaching sessions has worked well. Generally Cliff visits your site every 2-3 months, while touching base with his clients in the interim.

Cliff Spiro is a seasoned R&D leader who has the credentials to earn the respect and trust of you and your employees. Holding a BS with honors in chemistry from Stanford, a PhD in chemistry from Caltech, Cliff enjoyed a highly successful career as a bench scientist. Cliff has several business-saving and new-business creating innovations under his belt. His management career spanned from Project Leader, Group Leader, through General Manager, VP, CTO, and Boards of Director roles. Cliff has worked with startups through some of the world's largest corporations, and recently started a medical device company of his own.
In 2018, Cliff was elected to the National Academy of Engineering, one of the highest honors in technical achievement.
